Excellent service and staff

I recently ordered the Market Mixed Tulips (with Free Box of Cupcakes) for a family member in hospital. An initial problem with the online checkout overcharging me for delivery (when my purchase should have qualified for free shipping) was quickly resolved when I phoned the company. The flowers were delivered promptly that afternoon to a very grateful recipient. I got to see the open tulips a couple of days later and they were stunning! And I'm told, the cupcakes (all gone by this stage) were absolutely delicious :-) In conclusion, I am thrilled with my purchase and the service I received from Wild Poppies, so will happily order from them again.

My mother received it and replied to me. I was a little disappointed that the packaging of the flowers was very poor. I saw that the packaging of the photos and videos was too far from your product photos. One or two flowers were not fresh. I was a little disappointed this time. I hope your company will pay attention to the quality of the products.

I entered the wrong delivery address by mistake and the lovely owner picked up the order and drove it herself to deliver on a Saturday! You don’t get service like that very often.
