I never even received my case.

No one got back to me about my order that I contacted them about

My case is amazing! I accidentally ordered the wrong one and after contacting customer services, they sent me the right one without any miscommunication or difficulty! Thank you so much for everything I love it!

I rarely ever give companies bad ratings and up to this point I have adored wildflower but I ordered a case in May, mistyping the address to which I emailed support immediately to get it changed. I did not receive an email back until the case was already shipped , to which I was told the address could be changed once it was returned to the sender. Instead of doing this the case was sent back to the incorrect address 3-4 times meaning I still have not received it. I have spoken to at least three different support employees who on occasion take two emails to respond and no one has changed the address as promised. I’ve been asked for the correct address and to my surprise they still continue to send it to the incorrect address. I am extremely disappointed by this service and the way customer service is handling my simple request.

Trying to return cases from Canada and finding the process difficult

Sucks.

You don’t respond to any emails and your way of selling “mystery cases” is very confusing. Your prices are also quite high.

Never received case

The ordering process could’ve been smoother. I was informed 1 week after my purchase that the shipper had been changed, and I had to reach out to Support in order to find this out. Product is good, but I wouldn’t order and pay for shipping again since it’s expensive and not well organized.
