The site was easy to order from and the socks arrived in 4-5 days.

Called customer service for them to tell me their socks do fit giant feet but three pairs of two kinds at $22/pair that DO NOT FIT AND ARE TOO SMALL. Telling me I am mistaken when the evidence is in the trash is really NOT customer service. An offer to return for refund would have been appropriate. Shame because the quality was pretty good - fit STINKS

Easy to order, fast shipping. Great site layout. Only suggestion would be to add section about environmental impact of manufacturing, carbon emissions etc. If it’s already included then I was unable to find and should be made more obvious.

Ordering and shipping were fine

So disappointed in my purchase! I was so excited to finally find good quality socks that did not slide or roll down while I worked as a floor nurse! I spent $70 plus dollars on 3 pair of socks from WideOpen and I had them on maybe 2 hours and not only did they slide down but rolled down as well! This companies claims are false and fake!!! I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company!! I gave 1 star beoy because it made you!

I like them. Probably would order the next size smaller next time. These socks are sized generous comparred to other brands. Great socks , I will be ordering more taller socks for the Minnesota winters.
