I ordered tins of formula for my son, after a week of not hearing anything I emailed asking what was going on. I got a response saying ‘the order had closed itself, they’re so sorry and will express ship it tomorrow’. The next day I got an email saying the order had been refunded without any explanation. Now I have to hope u can find another company that will ship formula in time.

Issues I had are not resolved. No contact phone number and only possible communication is through email. Not quick and it turned not efficient
