Great shipping

Shipping was quick and easy.

The shipping was through USPS and took slightly longer than expected 6-7days vs 3-4 but it arrived undammaged and I didnt need it right away so no big deal!

Got the parts I ordered and needed in just a few days

I was extremely disappointed about the shipping and return shipping. I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive it for three. I asked for reimbursement and was told 3 dollars was it. Then when things cap needed to be returned I again had to pay shipping. Thanks

After I ordered the wrong carburetor kit, I called and they sent me the correct kit for my serial number and sent me an RA number without question for the wrong kit for a refund

Worked like it should

Shipping was double what was calculated and is a month delayed (obviously not the store’s issue). I had asked about the charge and received no response. Rating is for lack of communications rather than the actual transaction.
