Lacking parts

I order the wrong 415$ parts and they don't take return... second time I order with Wholesale marine and the last one...

Terrible customer service. They sell you junk and then won't do anything for you. They say it's a warranty issue when I've had the junk prop for a day. I can't get refunded or get an exchange but at least maybe one person sees this and buys their prop elsewhere. You have no guarantee with this online marine shop. Eff them

Non existent customer service for a damaged product

Good selection of marine parts, competitive pricing, and the order arrived as expected. Parts were correct and well packaged. I’ve ordered from Wholesale Marine multiple times and have had good results.

sent the wrong part, then sent the right part, but I had to pay for the shipping for both, and I am still waiting on the refund for the part I returned, more than 3 weeks late?? I would recommend caution.

As I mentioned, the oil was a reasonable price for a quality product. The 2nd order was damaged by UPS and arrived with one of the gallons leaking. The 1st shipment of 10 gallons, arrived in perfect condition. Mark Wakefield
