I called a couple of times to get some answers and clarification on the spray thinner vs paint thinner and all the person kept doing was putting me on hold and then coming back to only read from the can. After the 4th time of rephrasing my question to get an answer not off the can (I read the can) I just gave up, thanked them and hung up. Disappointed.
