The improper kit was the exact match. The service, not so much. I didn’t receive a tracking number or any indication of my order for over a week. When I called they told me it was a special order and “takes longer” but wouldn’t tell me how long. A week later still no comes. No response to email request. I bought another impeller from a different shop, installed it, and this impeller took another week before it arrived. At least I now have a spare.

The product is excellent, I have used this hub kit before and I have only good things to say. Shipping time was acceptable, however the two hub kits (identical item) were shipped separately and since the item was being forwarded to me, I paid additional shipping. It would have been helpful for me, to have had an option to put a hold the first hub and ship them together.
