The part is $324, box arrived damaged. I requested return before it was even delivered. Only approved for $281 back which is less then the actual cost of the part.

Was easy to place an order and was shipped fast...unfortunately it was returned to shipper due to a missing label. It finally reached me and is now at the machine shop for installing in the engine. I am super happy with the quality of the product and it was at an affordable price.

Ordered an entire headlight assembly due to have a directional light out. Can’t replace bulbs anymore, have to buy the the assembly. After I paid for headlight assembly I received an email stating I would receive it in 4 days. I didn’t get it until 7 days after order date, 3 days later than originally told. The unit was exactly what I needed and worked when installed. Only problem I have is it cost over 4 times the amount that Amazon and EBay sell the same product. I did purchase from Amazon ($309) then EBay (319) but had issues with both products. I was forced to buy from Ford for over $1200 thanks to having to pay $107 for shipping!!! I had it installed by a professional automotive service company for $258. Total cost was just under $1500 with installation. The Ford Dealer wanted $2400 for the purchase of headlight assembly and installation. We bought this vehicle brand new from Ford and I guess we’re stuck having to pay astronomical prices to get this vehicle repaired. Not a good way to keep customers happy and their return business. I gave a 2 star review due to the light from Ford is the only one that worked when installed. Amazon and EBay’s didn’t work. As far as treating a customer fairly with prices and labor, I’d have to give Ford a negative 5 star review. It’s actually sad how they take advantage of you, but unfortunately they know they can get away with it.
