I shopped for four american silver eagles- NGC MS 69 that were in the CLASSIC brown holders in the photo - what I received was coins in the NEW brown holders. the coins were beautiful, they were MS 69 NGC, but they were not in the CLASSIC brown holder. It makes a difference numismatically! I was offered the return policy, but because i used paypal, they would charge a 5% restocking charge, and along with return shipping with insurance, it wouldnt be worth it. Seems i'm "stuck" with four beautiful expensive coins.
