Usually I am very satisfied with my order, quality of products, and shipping. But this time I was disappointed how my items were packages which lead to a broken item in shipment. I ordered a home decor sign that was square and the design was cut out out in the middle leaving it pretty thin. Whomever packages the order then packed a couple wooden pieces on top of the thin cut out and wrapped it all together. With such a thin middle the other pieces broke it during shipment. Very disappointing when there is a note inside that says “packed with care/love” but seems a little careless in my opinion. Please be aware of you products you are packaging.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY and to be completely honest I cannot remember how many years I have been ordering from this site because it has been THAT long. I remember ordering stuff as a teenager and I am now 32! I am always so pleased with what I buy, and order quite frequently throughout the year. I get birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, and of course happies for myself! In all the years I have been ordering I have only sent a couple things back due to sizing and the return process was smooth!
