Using for my coffee shop
Using for my coffee shop Nuova Simonelli espresso machine. It's only been a few days tbh but there is a taste difference for the better. My main reason for change was the scale and alkalinity in our city water that the Bunn just could not handle, even with several filters in line. Our tap water is 125ppm total hardness/87ppm Alkalinity. With the BTW it is 55ppm hardness/55ppm alkalinity. We will likely get one for our pour over water tower as well.

Machine took a little over a week to deliver, which is not a problem. The support is outstanding. It can be purchased cheaper through amazon but I wanted a dealer in case some problem arose and I could count on them to handle the issue. So far, I'm very pleased.

Not only did the relay
Not only did the relay get fixed but the videos and on line chat support got me through the install. Watched the panel removal video for Profitec 600, relay removal for the 500 and procured assistance from the support group via chat. All great resources for fixing and maintaining my machine. Thank WWL!!!
