It's hard these days to find real birch sugar, as most xylitol now comes from corn, and most of that comes from GMO corn. This brand is 100% birch sugar. It tastes delicious. I'm glad I found it and very pleased.

We like the Health garden Xylitol. Its real Birch, good for my teeth, and not plant based coming from China. The graduals are a bit bigger then the other another type I use to buy, but this dissolves very good, and we like the taste. Will be buying more from this company. Btw when I called this company the man I talked to was Very Helpful.
