Took way too long to receive my order

I’ll be buying more

To be honest, the experience was not great. The order took longer than expected, and when it was received, some of the items were not sized correctly. For example, the shorts that I ordered in size large, came in size extra large, so I don’t think I’ll even be able to use them. It’s a nice looking product, but the experience was not great, to be honest.

Terrible company to do business with!

I can’t wait to browse again soon.

Received the wrong item for the second time. Ordered long sleeve performance dockside shirt , but received short sleeve again !! Will be returning for full refund.

I received wrong color. They sent me navy blue instead of black. I emailed customer service and I've yet to even receive a response.

I need. Larger size and have sent numerous emails . Y I want to exchange the product for a XL. Your customer service is terrible.

Great looking. Good quality

Online store is great. Delivery was super quick but I have a return. I submitted my return request a week ago and have heard nothing. I also reached back out to customer service and have heard nothing. Hopefully, soon!

Very pleased with my order. Looks and fits great.

Very happy with the quality! Super soft 1/4 zip

Three attempts to contact customer disservice using the email address they provided with no response whatsoever. Terrible customer service.

return policy is poor!

I like the whitewater gear, really sharp clothes.

Shows package was shipped and now is not coming to me yet

I need to replace it with a larger size

You sent me the wrong color and wrong size. Still don’t have the correct product that I paid for. You still haven’t sent me a mailing label to send back the incorrect product that you mailed me. I’ve asked for it twice. This was for a birthday gift for someone in the family. It’s very disappointing because they did not get their gift timely. They still don’t have it.

Not good

Return process is NOT friendly !
