Not the first time visiting the shop and purchasing there, however, the first time I felt good about the experience. Valentine greeted friendly and after introducing myself he indicated that he knows my name and that I shop online often. I was on my way to the airport, and I did not look for something specific, rather just browsing but Valentine convinced me to buy not one, but ten bottles of whisky after offering to have it shipped home. When I explained that I also do not want to purchase doubles (excuses I know), he offered to check my profile to see what I have ordered before and promptly did. He assisted me without being overbearing. He displayed a professional attitude that fits the shop look and feel. This was the first time in a number of visits that I was treated well! Thank you, Valentine!
