I love many of the Whind products. The only issue is that Whind are now using Evri instead of Royal Mail. Unfortunately Evri are not good in my area. I have had many missing parcels that I have never recieved. I would prefer Royal Mail as I never had any problems with them.

I discovered Whind because my granddaughter wanted one of their products for her birthday. I got the same one to try it and was given a sample as well. That's a great way to discover more of Whind's products. I purchased that another time. Products are packaged very well, no flimsy packaging, so that they arrive safely at their destination. Wait time is not too long, and I am updated on the arrival date. The products are expensive but worth it. The scents are exotic and out of the ordinary. I contacted customer service once and the rep was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of this company.
