Hi Mike, I want to thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service. On a phone call earlier this week I explained how a local tire shop would not install the Acura rims on my Odyssey Touring and you offered to pay for return shipping and waive the restock fee. Well, I did some more research into the scenario and grew in my confidence that the rims would be just fine. I ended up taking the rims to another local shop and they confirmed that they would in fact work. The installation is done and the rims look great on the Odyssey. Thank you for your patience and willingness to put the customer first. That is rare these days. I will recommend you to anyone I know looking to pick up used factory rims. Rick was great, I ordered my rims through their website along with some help from Rick and the rims arrived within 2 days. We had a few issues that were not the Wheel Warehouse issue but the wheel manufacture. Rick made sure everything was corrected and in the end I have a great looking set of wheels on my car. Hi Mike I just purchased the set of 4 Honda OEM 17" Wheels with the Michelin Pilot Tires and I just want to say they are perfect. I expected the tires to be slightly worn but they weren't at all and the wheels looks brand new. I put them on my car today and it rides smoother than it ever has. I have been purchasing tires at Wheel Warehouse for 25 years. I can count at least six or seven of our vehicles you have put tires, wheels or both on for us. The employees have been extremely helpful, given me great service and the display area and shop have always been spotless. I recently came in for a nail in the rear tire of my Mercedes. The dealer noticed it during a service and said it was in the sidewall, would I like them to replace the tire as it was not repairable. I spoke to Cesar at your facility. He said they would find it and recommend they flip the tires to even out the wear on the insides. Plus the installer notice some rust on inside the chrome wheel which could cause a slow leak. He wire brushed it off. I asked the alignment shop if they could replace the front struts which the dealer recommended. They said it was a dealer only repair because of the pneumatic suspension. I went to pay the bill and was told there was no charge!! I tried to thank Cesar but he stepped out to lunch. Please thank him for me. I felt you need to be commended for some excellent employees and a policy of treating your customers so well. I guess this is why I have been coming back and why I have recommended your store to others. It's always a pleasure to do business with you, Rick.

Fantastic! And that's a hard comment to earn from me, I am a wheel/tire place's worst nightmare because I expect them to be as careful and meticulous as I am. I would rather go to the dentist to have cavities filled than experience the anxiety associated with someone monkeying my wheels on a mounting machine. Anyway, I found their set of take-off wheels/tires via the internet. Wheel Warehouse humbly described them as "gently used". I called and talked to them, and we came to an agreement on just the wheels knowing the tires would have to be dismounted. I hesitantly sent them a paypal payment for the wheels, cautiously trusting their description. That was late wednesday night, they arrived at my house saturday morning. They were packaged in really beefy, really cool boxes that were sure to protect them from the FedEx rumpus. When I opened the boxes, I beheld some like-new wheels. Beautiful! I wouldn't have hoped for that good I had ordered OEM wheels from the dealer. Wow, I am 100% satisfied. Terrific transaction. Thanks Brett!
