Excellent quality.

Delivery was fine and salmon was still frozen in spite of temperature being in the 90’s. While these burgers are passable I preferred those from Vital Choice. Unfortunately they were purchased by Harry and David and are not the same. Be forewarned, if overcooked even in the slightest these dry out quickly. I recommend cooking slightly less and allow cook over time to bring to recommended temp. Otherwise be prepared to slather them with your condiments of choice.

The cod was just OK. I did not think it had a lot of flavor and the portion size seemed smaller than the salty salmon that I usually buy. I probably won’t order it again.
