They arrived nicely packaged and still frozen. We cooked them up with minimal seasoning and they were delicious!

I haven't even tried everything I bought, but I am thrilled with the quality and cuts. Smoked salmon yes please! Black cod, more please. The only trouble I had was that the labels fell off all the sockeye, so I just put it all in a ziplock with the label to be sure I knew which was which.
