The item took longer than estimated to process. Once I reached out to customer service, a kind representative informed me that the company was waiting on a shipment which was delaying my order. I was fine with this, but wish the company communicated that without me having to contact them to figure out what was going on.

Quality products with outstanding service. Can't get better than that.
