I have 3 shirts one in XXL that fits like a Large one in XL that fits like a 4XL and one in XL that fits like a Large. My wife has 2 xl dresses that fit great and we ordered a strapless dress in the same size that fits like a 4XL your sizing is all over the place!!

Your customer service explained the return policy and even sent me a link to honor the sale discount on reordering the right size.
