No complaints about the filter. It seems to work well reducing the limescale in my shower. However I keep receiving a face and body buffer in the box with every refill, which is every 2-3 months. I really don't need that. It's quite wasteful because I simply throw it away. Just one is enough. But none is better for the sake of the environment. Just give me the refill I ordered. Nothing extra :)

I’ve been using the Well Verti Wellness Pod refill capsule for a bit now and honestly it makes a difference.
