I’ve been eyeing this filter for YEARS and finally caved and bought it — and honestly, I’m in shock. It arrived today, I installed it straight away, and I’ve just gotten out of the shower. My skin feels unbelievably soft and hydrated! I genuinely thought the claims were just typical marketing hype, but everything this filter is advertised to do has been 100% true so far. One thing that really surprised me is that my skin is usually quite red when I get out of the shower. I always assumed it was because I love my showers hot, but for the first time ever, I got out of the shower and my skin wasn’t red at all. I honestly can’t believe I waited this long to buy it. The difference after just ONE shower is incredible. This filter is absolutely magic! ✨

Definitely recommend but want people to know it may not have an impact within a week as some people have experienced - I was 2 months into a bad eczema flare up when I got the filter. It’s now been 4 weeks since I got it and I wish I’d gotten it at the start because I feel as though it would have stopped it from getting worse. Unfortunately I think part of my flare up was too far gone for the filter to help and make an impact in only 4 weeks. HOWEVER, the smaller beginning stages of my flare up have since reduced and overall my eczema isn’t as red or sore when I get out of the shower. My hair feels incredibly soft, is shiny and doesn’t shed anymore. My skin that doesn’t have an eczema flare feels soft too. Overall I’d recommend and will carry on using it with the refills, just seems as though it may take a bit extra time and use with my eczema!

I truly cannot express how much I love Well Verti! I moved to Queensland this year and the hard water here immediately started affecting my hair. It was thinning rapidly and was so brittle. My hairdressers recommended a shower filter and after some research I decided to try Well Verti. From the moment I installed it my hair began to improve so quickly. Having always had healthy hair, the sudden change affected my confidence and Well Verti helped me get it healthy again and regain that confidence back! I truly cannot shower without it now, and it is a staple in my bathroom now. When I had some trouble with the fit of it I reached out the team and they sent me an additional part and new filter case at no cost, they arranged all this within less than a day of me reaching out! I truly cannot recommend them enough and am so grateful they have created such an incredible product!

I've got a Well Verti filter and the product itself is great. I find the customer service is very lacking as no one seems to get in touch with you even after email follow up's as well as enquiry lodgement through the chat function. I'm trying to cancel my subscription but it keeps auto shipping me filters when I do not wish to receive anymore. When I reach out to support (which I have done twice), I get no response and then this repeats in 4 months time. It's a shame that the service is shocking as the product itself is great.

We have very hard water with a lot of sediment. I was having to clean the shower floor every other day and as a mum of 3 under 4 that’s not where I want to spend my time. Since having the well verti filter it’s changed my life! I can clean in a normal schedule and no more stains!!

No complaints about the filter. It seems to work well reducing the limescale in my shower. However I keep receiving a face and body buffer in the box with every refill, which is every 2-3 months. I really don't need that. It's quite wasteful because I simply throw it away. Just one is enough. But none is better for the sake of the environment. Just give me the refill I ordered. Nothing extra :)
