initially , I was sent 1 slightly different item to the one I'd ordered but after messages to and fro then returning said item , I received the correct one as they'd been re stocked . All happened quickly and smoothly so very happy 👍

I was absolutely delighted to receive my order of feather trim. The delivery was within a couple of days. The trim was brilliant quality and packed carefully to ensure no damage. It far exceeded my expectations and would recommend highly to anyone.
