I ordered in the past with good results. Love the products and the mission. However, an order a couple months ago disappeared into the void. I sent a followup email and got no response. Not sure what the situation is now, although I don't see any recent activity on their website either.

I have purchased something a month ago for it to never ship and no communication from the company. I have made multiple attempts to communicate to find out the status of my order with no response.

I bought the laundry strips which I loved using. Well, I never received my last order and I have emailed Lee several times with no response. I also ordered the hand soap at one time and it was apparently on back order so I didn't get it until a few weeks later. I thought this company went out of business but it looks like the website is still up. I won't be buying any more products from them.

Placed an order in July, I've been ordering for years. Took contacting customer service to get part of my order in August. I've emailed and texted with ZERO replies for over a month with no response! I just want what I paid for.

Only one exception on shipping late. Was sent an email letting me know and when I reached out, the response was immediate.

I want to receive the order placed in July. My credit card was charged.

I ordered three items in July but only received one of them (dryer balls). I sent an email asking for a refund on the two I didn’t get. I never got a reply. I’m very disappointed in their customer service. Two stars because the dryer balls are nice.

I've been using WellEarth for years in an effort to conserve our planet. They are punctual, efficient, friendly, and deliver as promised. I also notice that they're always adding new products. I especially like to see their eco-friendly packaging. Will continue to purchase.

Shipping was fine. I don’t love the idea of having something sent from across the country once a month-environmentally unsound. So, I just purchase several items at once and they have been very accommodating.
