Not a bad product I've had them for a little over a year I have seen my hair getting thicker after about 6 months but that is the only change I've seen it's still really dry. They're shipping speed is incredibly slow which is why I just canceled my subscription. Seven days and now they're saying it's not going to be here for another 3. A week to a week and a half is absolutely ridiculous for shipping speed in this country I'm just going to try somebody else this is pretty much normal the rep I talked to told me it's usually 4 to 5 days which is absolutely not true. I got it one time in five business days and I was shocked I got it that quick.

I love the collagen peptides but I accidentally ordered the individual ones. I called and was given return info. While on the phone I ordered the correct ones and then returned the unopened ones. I was charged for my new order but I haven't been refunded for the return. I love the company and product but will be 100% satisfied when I receive my refund. Thank you so much, I have been a customer for over a year now!

I have a subscription for monthly deliveries which saves cost and is convenient I will be away for the next delivery so I emailed a note to change the delivery address for the up-coming delivery and it was done! Easy to contact them and they respond the same day! Excellent customer service
