I’ve bought lots of gear from Welcome including wetsuits, a surf helmet. And board repairs plus some sun protection surf gear for surfing in indo - all great and great prices

I recently visited Welcome Boardstore and had a generally positive experience. The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience pleasant. The store itself was well-organized and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed straightforward. However, I did encounter some issues with stock availability. It seems I visited during a crossover season from summer to winter, and many items I was looking for were either out of stock or not yet available. This made it a bit challenging to find everything I needed in one trip. Overall, I appreciate the good customer service and the friendly atmosphere of the store. I hope they can improve their stock management during seasonal transitions to better meet customer needs.
