Great product and customer service

I have the pulsar wizard pipe/battery. This particular model has a counter on it for how many hits you get. I still have about a quarter of this 2 g and the count is currently at 1388 hits.

Y’all couldn’t have done a better job man I appreciate the hell out of it. Y’all done better than any other place. I even tried to talk to much less the ones I have talked to.

I love their products, but since they were all shipped through usps the shipping and service of the shipping was horrible and I know it’s not their fault, but I thought I would say something.

Your shipping is horrible. From Friday to Friday. All the tracking says is USPS awaiting package.

I rated the product 3 stars, but the customer service deserves 5 stars. My order got stuck in Tennessee, so I reached out to customer service. They responded immediately, placed a new order, and it arrived two days earlier than scheduled. In fact, whenever I've had an issue, customer service has always been responsive and has taken care of things promptly.

Good communication with seller,good shipping speed

When there was a delay with something in my order, they let me know immediately and then kept me updated on everything then when they sent it (they sent the vape seperately) they doubled my order for the inconvenience. Will definitely order again.
