I rated the product 3 stars, but the customer service deserves 5 stars. My order got stuck in Tennessee, so I reached out to customer service. They responded immediately, placed a new order, and it arrived two days earlier than scheduled. In fact, whenever I've had an issue, customer service has always been responsive and has taken care of things promptly.

When there was a delay with something in my order, they let me know immediately and then kept me updated on everything then when they sent it (they sent the vape seperately) they doubled my order for the inconvenience. Will definitely order again.
