I’ve purchased contacts from here many times before I never had an issue. However, this time I ordered on a Friday the prescription was verified the same day yet the order did not go out until Wednesday and that was after me calling numerous times. To my own fault I was almost out, but I paid for expedited shipping, but still had to wait days on end before they got shipped.

Terrible communication and customer service. I ordered my contacts 3 weeks ago and still have no idea where they are or when I will get them.
