My order arrived in a timely fashion and was well packed so nothing was damaged. I like the convenience of being able to order directly rather than having to go shopping.

I found finding the manage your subscriptions very hard to find. I also find it frustrating that every time I want to change my subscription or even log on I have to wait for an email to come with a code. Sometimes it takes a while for the code to come. I understand it could be my email. But it is still frustrating.
