Too long and too tight at the top

Customer service is outstanding. I bought socks in Large according to chart. Ther pinched under the back of knee. Customer Service volunteered a size medium to try, which was better. They exchanged the 6 pair I bought. Service is 5 stars. The socks however are still a little long and pinch under the knee after wearing a while - thus the 4 stars.
