I have had different FIGS for years and had lost a few pounds, gained some muscle and wanted to try smaller sizing for a more clean/professional look as an NP. The sizing charts said I should wear a small top, but they looked baggy. The bottoms sizing was borderline. So I ordered S and XS in each item to compare. Measurements: chest 35.5", waist 28", hips 36, butt 38", I am 5'6' and 124lb. These are the sizes that fit the best. Isabel High-Rise Wide-Leg - Scrub Pant XS*, Livingston Ruched Mid-Rise - Straight-Leg Scrub Pant XS, Kade - Straight-Leg Scrub Pant S (slim fit so the XS was way too small), Zamora High-Rise - Jogger Scrub Pant S (also much slimmer fit), Catarina Scrub Top XS, Casma top XS, Sydney Vest S, High-Pile Vest S, Black Palmer Ribbed- Long-Sleeve Underscrub S* -returned, lot's of thick fabric that feels constricting, longer than I wanted, has a sheen to the material, not for me. Size was ok, Float Bomber Jacket S - returned, weird fit for me. It zipped up fine, but looked wide around the trunk, just not worth the money. Supersoft - Long-Sleeve Underscrub S-too big if you want a tighter fit, so I returned. Fabric is incredibly soft, but for cost I thought I could purchase something similar elsewhere.

Awesome quality. Good communication. Long time for arrival/shipment (about 1 week). Nicely packaged, but wrinkles/crease at folding site(not totally wrinkle free. Although same size; different Medium tops are more fitted than others
