Excelent quality

Absolutely love the fit and feel of my figs, extremely durable and comfortable during my long shifts as a pharmacy tech. And I absolutely love the variety of colors to choose from! The only complaint I have is that the scrubs don’t have the color names on the actual scrubs so if I wanted to buy the color again but in a different style top or bottom it’s a little difficult to repurchase.

Bought mid-rise espresso joggers in my normal length and they were too short compared to my other pairs. Unhappy with the rise as well.

I am so impressed with how quick customer service is. I ordered a claw clip that came shattered due to shipping issues and Figs customer support responded to my email within 5 minutes. They immediately resolved the issue and sent me a new product free of charge. The quality of the clothes are great as well, very comfortable fit and accurate sizing. ESPECIALLY the shorter option (for reference I am 4’11).

I've been using figs for a while. The recent ones I got are not true to size and the quality has degraded for sure
