The best coat I’ve owned. Really nice style and very comfortable and such good quality. The only thing I would say would be I’m usually L and I purchased medium which fits perfectly.

The shop in Westfield is really nice, nice layout, not too overwhelming and very aesthetic. Both my friend and I did feel like the woman working there weren’t super friendly to be honest and took quite a while to warm up. They didnt come ask if we needed help and were stood in the back talking for most of our time. I think it was the manager that was helpful and offered to get me different sizes.
