I purchased these as pre-order and the shipping took longer than I anticipated. However, when I reached out for an update I received an immediate response from their customer service.

The shipping took longer than expected even though I knew they were on back order. I reached out and customer service was super helpful and offered to ship a pair that was in stock if I didn’t want to wait. I waited and glad I did!

So comfortable! They run a little large so wish I had ordered a size smaller than my usual but they are still my go-to shoe now. I waited a while to receive them because they were out of stock in my size when I ordered but it was worth the wait.
