Future Branches Boston was amazing. The sessions and panel discussions shared valuable information. I especially appreciated the learnings on ITM best practices and pitfalls, Open Concept Branches, Game Based Training, and the power of Digital. Thank you for the branch tour. It was a wonderful way to kick off the conference. I found it extremely helpful to connect with peers and partners who are solving some of the same challenges we are having. The on-site team was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I attended this conference on short notice and am incredibly happy with the investment! Probably one of the best conferences I've been to! VERY informative. Loved the panels and the breakout sessions. Could have done without the formal networking sessions and just stuck to the informal networking time. Overall, great event!

Interesting topics and good speakers

Loved the interaction from fellow professionals. I love hearing from professionals in the industry talking about real challenges and solutions, not just theory. Great event that I plan to attend in the future.

Great topics and roundtables which help validate if your Credit Union is on the right path. Meeting other leaders and sharing best practices and challenges in an open and non judgmental atmosphere is priceless.

Loved the 20 minute segments and great to connect with peers in the banking/CU industry. Especially loved the women in financial institutions breakfast. Topics were very relevant to today's market and challenges. Just a few notes - the speaker from Wells Fargo and speaker from Citizens were great but would've spaced them out between the two days. Also many of the speakers shared their asset size & customer/membership-base but would've been easy to compare if it was listed on the slide with their title/company. With breakfast at 7:30 am, lunch at 1:00 pm seemed a little late and not very many gluten-free options were available. Overall, I look forward to attending again in the future.

Great time at Future Branches Boston! The event is set-up perfectly to meet and discuss similar topics that are top-of-mind for everyone in the industry.

With it being my first time attending this conference, I thought it was great. I appreciated the 20 minute structure - what this did for me is reiterating the themes and most important things we in the retail arena should be focusing on. I appreciated the ability to chat with a variety of vendors, who I have made a number of appointments to chat with.

The Future of Branches in Boston was very informative and a great forum to meet like-minded bankers and peers in the industry.

Content was excellent, good variety of speakers and topics. I appreciated shorter sessions- 20 minutes was perfect. A few suggestions- the rooms were very cold, rather uncomfortable most times. More tables available during breakfast and breaks- very few places to set down plates, etc, while still trying to talk. I would suggest separate rooms for the roundtable discussions as it was very difficult to hear in larger groups, especially with other groups also meeting in the same room.

Overall, three very value added days. The agenda and content was well thought out and had many engaging presenters. The best part is the community- lots of genuine and organic connections made throughout the day. People are willing to share, discuss, and exchange information- all for the greater good of innovation in the industry.

Future Branches Boston had some great sessions and speakers. I do wish they would have provided a welcome pack the first day, that would include pens, paper and some goodies to use while there.

The sessions were timely with industry presenters that are in a similar role to me at my Bank. Hearing about their successes, challenges and lessons learned are invaluable. The networking opportunities were meaningful as well. I will definitely be back in Boston next year.
