Sturdy sides and perfect fit

I like to call and talk more about other products you may have for waterbeds in the future. But for now, what I got, the waterbed solution, is at a great value and the people I talked to are very nice.

We returned from a long trip and found our waterbed heater had failed. We ordered what we thought was a direct replacement and bought an updated 90% waveless mattress. We have ordered there before, but couldn’t find our past information. After ordering, we figured out that we should have ordered a deeper mattress. My wife reached out to them and was told that they had shipped a deeper mattress , because they noticed our past order! And it came in less than a week! We would definitely recommend them!

It took almost three full weeks to get the bed, very poor communication between myself and the company I had to remind them to keep me in the loop after it was supposed to ship in 3 to 5 days I spent two weeks sleeping on the floor waiting for the bed to arrive. And if that tiny piece of memory foam is worth $500 I'm glad you gave it to me for free because I certainly wouldn't pay for that. Instructions on how to put the bed together are hard to find outdated and irrelevant often. Previously I had had a stellar five-star experience with your company I am sorely disappointed this time.

I have used this product many times before and it works well.

There was some delay getting the heater I ordered. Had to pickup from USPS and there was a note for postage due on it. After 10 minutes or so, it was corrected and I was able to take the package.
