Great experience all around! First off, I love my Darth Quatro and have used it a ton already and I've only had it for a couple weeks. Second, the company itself was great to me. They shipped my package out and had it at my door within 2 days of ordering. I also ordered the cheaper line holder and to my surprise they had upgraded me to the nicer line keeper! Whether they ran out of the other one or not, they did right by me. Thinking about buying another zoom rod thats a size up so I can have a rod for all situations.

Shipping was quick and fast. Purchased it on a Monday evening if I remember correctly, and had it by Wednesday or Thursday and ready to use it the following Saturday on the hard surface.
