I shared it and she found it helpful and opened up her sinuses because of the strong fragrance of ginger, turmeric am black pepper. I had to agree on that one with her because it helped me too. We had a heaped tablespoon each lol for me Its not too strong or overwhelming. Loved it. Great if you have a cold. Highly recommend

First time buying this and im amazed. I love the sweet floral tatse. I can taste it. It works these wonderful flavours. You can add this to yoir porridge or drink. Would taste nice with yoghurt and granola. Highly recommend
