I truly do love your styles for the most part! the biggest issue I have is with same styles and fabric the sizes can run a bit different so It would be nice to actually be able to speak to an associate, it would save some returning and exchanging. Since you have to spend $150 to get free shipping it is an investment. . . to my understanding emailing is the only option to contact you guys and I do use it. . . someone will respond but it isn't always prompt. As a faithful customer over the years when you guys are having a sale it would be good to know the answer to a question sooner than later.

I got a kimono that is not velvet despite the description. The velvet appears sold out on the website and the sale price is no longer available. The site is not allowing me to submit a return/refund only and exchange. The contact us link does not have a submit button and no other contact route is listed. I also sent IG a message and have not heard back. Please contact me to rectify this. This is way too much money to waste on something I don't want and won't wear and I have bought many items thru the years from your company but will def stop if this is the new way you guys operate.

I’m 5’3 135lbs. I ordered a medium and it fits perfect except for the length. The bells are away too long for me even with heeled boots. I’m going to have to get it hemmed significantly. Otherwise it’s great!

Quality material and so super comfy and soft. Everything I have purchased from warrior within designs has made me feel sexy and confident! I highly recommend to all my friends and get many compliments when I wear my crushed velvet Super Bell onesie and my gorgeous Bamboo dress!

I already wrote my review…. and it took me here, so I’m doing the brief version. None of the pieces are consistent in size. I have 5 of them and none of them fit. There are no refunds so have money to gamble with or be ok with the inconsistency in sizing. I’m done buying from this place.
