I have serious neuropathy issues, particularly nighttime with my feet feeling very cold. I've experimented with multiple brands and found Warrior toasty toes excels beyond any other brand. I now own over ten pair, and it's the only soak brand I wear. I also sleep in them. I never wear the same pair consecutive days. I simply thumbtack the pair worn, and after two wears I wash. Having multiple pairs makes the process easy. I machine wash in cold water and use newborn gentle detergent. I then air-dry on coldest temperature for I/2 hour, and simply lay flat on a bed for a few hours to completely dry. I love these socks.

Socks bunch at the ankles all day never stay up

I have used them three times to give them a chance, and in the end, they were a no-go for me. I put them on the day after I received them, but I couldn't handle how itchy they were. I thought maybe my skin was too dry, so the next day I put moisturizer on my legs approximately ten minutes before putting on the socks, but no luck, same result. Then I went to wash the socks, following the instructions, thinking that maybe, after washing them, whatever had made them itchy would go away. The next day, I put moisturizer again, and I could not handle the itchiness.

Only an experience this bad would cause me to write a review. The socks are very thin, unlike alpaca socks I've bought elsewhere. Real problem, though is the size. I wear a men's size 6 or 6-1/2. I purchased socks sized Medium, which are supposedly for men with shoe sizes from 4-1/2 to 8-1/2. I should be right in the middle of that range. But they are so large I actually "slide around" in them. Washed them in warm water and put them in the dryer to try to shrink them. That didn't work, but now they are ineligible for a refund. I am not happy!!!
