I ordered the wrong size T-Shirt for my son. I emailed my issue to the Wargaming Store and they offered to replace it right away if I was willing to mail it back. I was asked to cover the cost of mailing the item back but Wargaming Store paid to reship the replacement item.

I have bought several products from the store and have always received products in time. Great quality and prices, very happy with my stuff.

The items in the store are great! Just measure you own t-shirts that fit you with a tape measure since the sizes in the store run smaller than USA standards. Photo is my t-shirt under their t-shirt and both are XL. Customer service is nicely swapping the XL for a 3XL :)

I ordered a 2xl as that is what I normally wear, however these shirts fit small, so order 1 to 2 sizes larger. I ordered the Tiger t-shirt and it looks great, but I am sad that I cannot wear it and the cost to return it is not worth it.

FYI if you buy from Canada there will be a customs charge on the items I had to pay 31 dollars ontop of the sales price and the shipping

I ordered two shirts in 3xl. Wanted them a little bigger since I wear a 2xl normally. They were both way to small. I returned both shirts at my expense for shipping. I was informed that only one shirt was in the package???? So was only credited for one. It cost me money to get nothing from your company. Very poor way to do business and won't ever do it again.

I like to collect the pins of the medals and battle hero honors I earn. The store has some but an incomplete variety. Please add more types to your inventory.
