I got my husband this coat for Christmas and, of course, I bought the wrong size. The original box came with a prepaid return label with FedEx, so returning it was very easy. I bought another coat, the correct size this time, and it arrived in a matter of days. My refund for the first coat was deposited in my account about a week later. My husband is always cold, by nature, and we just went through a single digit cold spell. He said this coat was amazing at keeping him warm!
