I love these inserts! I
I love these inserts! I have been wearing walkfit platinum inserts for at least 16 years maybe longer! They worked to help my plantar fasciitis. I wear the inserts in most all my tennis shoes and boots. I have a high arches and most shoes don't have enough support.

The last image shows the newest version and all that is included. Includes more options to fit your personal needs. We have always been active and on our feet: playing tennis year round, snow skiing and running a commercial and portrait studio. Always on my feet. Walkfit inserts were the answer to keeping my feet comfortable. As I am now retired and living in Southwest Florida, Walkfit was a great choice. Looking forward to using the new Walkfit Platinum. An 84 year old satisfied customer

Shipping is too high
I have used your orthotics for many years and love them. I probably have a dozen. I want to order more. Your basic price is great but the shipping is too much. If a customer orders three or four of your orthotics at one time, you should discount the shipping greatly because then all of a sudden 1995 or 1990 whatever it is becomes another $10. These things are small. They don’t require a big box to ship a man, but if you want three or four pair, adjust your shipping I haven’t placed an order recently because I keep waiting for maybe black Friday or someway to get them with less shipping cost that’s something to think about

if I could give zero stars I would. Wish there were negative stars. This company is a complete scam. Placed an order for a one time purchase only to find out they created an account for me without my permission telling me I was going to pay a different amount due in 30 days for the next 6 months. How do you tell me what and when I’m purchasing an item without disclosing that information and without my authorization. Tried to call multiple times only to be hung up on. Buyer Beware this is a SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! DONT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF—

New Order
Placed a new order for new customer,was told I would receive an Email with tracking information within 2 days which I never received, called customer service and asked them for tracking number and they said they didn't have one, to call back again the next day which I did and still no tracking info,5 days later after placing the order,called back again and they still didn't have the tracking info, the customer service representatives were difficult to understand,when asked if they could contact the shipping department for the tracking information they both said they didn't have access to that department. They were unable to help so I canceled my order. Company needs to train there representatives better so they may assist the customers better and receive better satisfaction.

Good inserts, VERY POOR website
I'm happy with the inserts - they have relieved a lot of foot pain. Came back to order another pair. Really dislike the website and the order process. If your products (insoles, slippers, etc.) are so wonderful, why not just offer all of them upfront? Don't play games by offering things one page at a time when I'm trying to check out. And if the super orthotics are so great, why do you not display them on the main page, or offer them as an option instead of the regular ones? This has all the marks of a slimy, untrustworthy company.

I placed my order on 12/6/23 The money was taken out of my account on 12/8/23. Now 12/19/23 I have never received an email and called customer service. I was told there was a problem with payment and the transaction had failed but they kept the money and did not send the product. Today I was told they were sending the order now another 5 to 7 days. I love the product but I think it's time to try something else. It should not be this difficult to order. Plus both representatives were horrible to understand and could not answer my questions. So disappointed that a company with a product this good would have such terrible customer service.

Buyer Beware/Snake Oil
Buyer Beware, No customer should be "enrolled" in a monthly subscription for BeFlexible (Snake Oil) because they ordered insoles. This was done without my knowledge to the tune of $42.60 per month. When I called, I was told "The web site does that automatically." Buyer Beware!!!

Frustrated loyal customer
I have been using walkfit for over 20 years. I purchased them for my entire family for $19.95 each. I also purchased the upgrade for each member to get future walk-fit orthotics for $5.00 shipping, which worked great a few times. I was told that there was no limit on the amount of orthotics or Expiration time. However, for the past few years, they just give me the runaround. They say that their computer is down, call back in few days. Today they said they cannot find my information (did not even look, just said they cannot find it). Now I have to pay $19.95, but that’s not what I purchased. They won’t let me talk to a supervisor and don’t even try to help me. They’re very rude and condescending. I like the walk-fits but their customer service is terrible now. Instead of being honest, they lie and just make excuses. I should receive what I purchased, which is walk-fits for $5.00 shipping indefinitely. I have received about 3 pair under that arrangement in over 20 years. I don’t Think that is too excessive. I feel they should honor the original agreement that I paid for.
