I've been taking catalase for 6 years. At 44, I'm blonde and happy to say I only have 5 gray hairs (at my age, my father was already completely gray). Currently, I take 1 capsule of 15,000 mg per day. I can't imagine living without this supplement.

I have been using it for years. Reducing your stress level also helps reduce the grays. Like everything, it's a process. It doesn't happen overnight. Some hair in different areas has also regained pigmentation. Most people can't believe that I'm in my sixties.

I purchased this Catalase Extreme shampoo a month ago and I noticed the changes in my hair within days. Because of my damaged irritated scalp and premature graying I have a lot of grays 50% even in my late 30s because of hydrogen peroxide build up. This shampoo is restoring years of tgis buildup so I can understand that it may take a couple of months for the full coverage. I’ve noticed my natural hair coming in that I hadn’t in years.

I am 66 and the only one in my family with color still in my hair.

While it seems to delay the onset of greys, those pesky white hairs continue to pop up every so often. Maybe just my genetics.
