I’ve used the Wake moisturiser before and has a break from it, but I’ve come back. It’s a lovely product, whilst not being too expensive or overly pretentious. I’m also trying the eye cream for fine lines too and happy so far!

Dear sir, I've made an order in July 2022 but I got the products which expired in Apr 2022. Attached please find the photo for your reference, do you think I still can use the face mask which already expired？ Referring from my friend, he told me your products are good but I don't think the expired products are good for me, so would you please advise can I use the face mask？ It is really a bad experience for me and absolutely lost the confidence on your products. I use the Eye Gel every night and find it very refreshing on application and not sticky. It certainly helps with lightening the eye area.

You sell and eye product that is useless but cleverly when you read the packaging it doesn’t really state what it does, you just have clever adverts on social media. Well done for being so well misguided. I don’t want the ten percent off either ta!

Too short expiry date - only 6-8 weeks to use on a product that has a shelf life of 2 years!!
I like the product but having returned my first purchase due to en expiry date 8 weeks after receiving it I was sent another with exactly the same expiry date - now with less time to use it. The product has a shelf life of 2 years and I would expect at least a year if not 18 months to use it before expiry. Really disappointing.
