Absolutely phenomenal customer service! I had a small issue with my 1st ever bottle from this company. I sent an email explaining my disappointment. You literally responded the same day not too long after I sent my email. I was happily surprised about that quick reply. I would have been satisfied with just a replacement of the bottle I had purchased but NO! Your company went ABOVE and BEYOND by sending me an entire 12pk of 1 Liter bottles. A company whom cares for their consumers satisfaction in their products speaks volumes to me! Thank you for not only making amazing water but also caring for your customers the way you do! Shipping is as usual high but not just for this water; shipping is high for everything that has a shipping cost. I wish shipping was absorbed in the cost so it won’t look like double dipping.
