Had an issue with my item arriving damaged. I left a review and was contacted the next day by a customer service rep named Summer. Without hesitation she arranged for a replacement to be sent out to me. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently she dealt with my complaint. Can’t comment on the items yet as I purchased the advent calender, but I would definitely use W7 again after such a positive experience. Thank you so much Summer!
