Used this product for a number of years, and very pleased with it. I am disappointed as I ordered under 3 for 2 promotion, the process wasn't explained that you had to put three in your basket. Paid for 2 and expected 3 to arrive. Clearer information needs to be published.

Good value but took a long time to arrive. Did eventually get an email apologizing for delay and a £5 money off voucher.

I had a delay in dispatch due to the festive period. I contacted W7 who got back to me with an update. When my package arrived they had also included some sample products which was a really lovely touch.
