I had an issue with the delivery company and contacted W7 customer support, Natalie resolved the issue within the hour and provided a gift voucher for the delay, i’ve never experienced such good service and all the products are exactly what i was after

Unfortunately one of the bottles got damaged in the post. I sent one email with photo and they immediately sent me a replacement and apologies.
