After having a problem with my purchase, I received an email from the owner of the company to get to the bottom of the problem. She was very helpful and offered to send me replacement items or give me a refund. I chose the replacement items cause I love the stuff that they offer. Because they were so easy to work with, I will definitely purchase more in the future.
