I have used it several time and I enjoy it a lot. unfortunately the only down side i see is that there isn't a second lid for the second cup. Which isn't a big deal. However i wouldn't mind seeing the standard pout over kit with out the grinder to come with a grinder cloth sleeve. I bought the older gen grinder which does a great job but the sleeve isn't the best for the pour over kit to slide in and out of. I have also used the pour over kit with other mugs and some have worked great and some are just not right. Maybe it would be nice to see an attachment that would allow the ability to use the pour over in other cups. Ex) I use cup A and girlfriend uses cup B but someone else wants coffee too but they have a other brand mug. Just an idea not a big. Or having a pour over kit that goes into a pot with a pour spout. Just different ideas hahaha Thank you for your product also might want to inform people that when they buy online and they are from the the united states that they will get a service charge for international fees haha not a big. I thought it was a scammer for a sec before I noticed it was a charge that I got cause you guys are from canada.
