To Reorder is terrible. Your product is wonderful and has made a difference in my life but is no not worth the frustration and aggravation. Life is too precious and short!

Knowing that the package needed to be kept out of the sun, I was happy that VSL kept me apprised of the shipment at every stage of delivery. I hadn’t expected such a large, well preserved freezer container!

The shipping was timely, but the packaging for 3 small boxes of VSL#3 - 450B seemed excessive (large cardboard shipping box with lots of cold packets and insulation material, not sure if its environmentally friendly).

Lot of confusion on ordering however it was ironed out.

I have a monthly subscription for 3 bottles of VSL#3. They always arrive wedged between cold packs and in a timely manner. They usually get here within 2-3 days from shipping. Excellent service!
